The documentation (report on preservation and conservation treatment) describes details of the no-longer visible condition prior to and during treatment, and specifies the materials that were used, the chemical treatments, etc., invisible to the naked eye. Because the preferred treatment methods change over time, leaving documentation to future conservators allows them to choose better treatment methods (should treatment be required again), especially as new improved techniques and materials become available. For this reason, documentation is usually retained permanently with the archive documents and not made available to the public. We publish the records here for a better understanding of the flow of the treatment process and the approach to preservation and conservation of archive documents.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the owners who gave their permission to publish the documentation.
